Botswana Premier League (BPL) side Security Systems FC have reinforced their squad with some quality players.
The Alarm Boys have signed four players including experienced Zambian forward Ronald Chikomo, who was on the books of BPL club Orapa United last season.
Systems have also snapped up Thatayaone Ramatlapeng from Mochudi Centre Chiefs, former Orapa duo Thatayaone Robert and Kenny Pilato.
A club statement read: “It is quite hectic as we prepare to build our team which will compete. Once bitten twice shy. Relegation a big NO and Top 4 a big YES. Remind me this post after the season if i got it all wrong.”
“Yes we have not officially unveiled our new players on this page but it is true that we have signed Thatayaone Ramatlapeng from Mochudi Centre Chiefs, Ronald Chikomo, Thatayaone Robert and Kemmy Pilato all from Orapa United.”
The Alarm Boys also confirmed the departure of eight players including Kaone Molefe, who will now serve as the club’s general manager.
“We can say our bye byes to Batisani Josiah, Pako Lekgari, Thabiso Mabachi, Kaone Molefe who is now our GM, Phenyo Molefe, Lynoth Chikuhwa,Thulani Gumede and Thapelo Senoya.”
“The launch of our players with their Jersey numbers and the ever so beautiful Dlala kits is on the card. At this launch we will see even new faces in the office to carry the torch forward,” another statement read.
